1.1 Basic description of semi-automatic light inspection machine

This semi-automatic light inspection machine is a magnifying glass type, mainly used for semi-automatic inspection of cillin freeze-dried and injectable products. The standard semi-automatic light inspection machine can be suitable for bottles from 2 ml to 20 ml (the maximum diameter of the bottle is 30 mm). Suitable for bottles up to 100ml. The main inspection items that can be completed include: Bottle cracks, broken glass and other foreign objects in the bottle, capping and filling. This light inspection machine is composed of a 300 mm wide product vertical pallet input chain, a roller conveyor system, an acceleration disturbance system, an observation and confirmation area, and a product output tray collection system.

1.4. Basic performance description
 

• Tyndall effect optical system combined with LED white light is beneficial to protect the eyesight of inspectors and is suitable for long-term light inspection.

 

• The conveyor chain conveys the bottles to the chain rollers, the inspection station rotates the bottles, manual visual inspection and manual button automatic rejection, and the vertical position of the bottle is turned to the inclined horizontal position, which is advantageous for the lamp inspector to work in a suitable sitting position;
• The conveyor chain speed, bottle rotation speed and bottle feeding speed can be adjusted steplessly, and the running speed (frequency) can be displayed on the touch screen;
• The height, angle, level and light intensity of the detection light source can be adjusted;
• The light inspection machine and the conveying track adopt a way that can be easily separated to facilitate the inspector's access;

• The light inspection machine is equipped with top light, back light and bottom light. The illuminance of each light can be manually adjusted to the most suitable light for each light inspector.
