The product is held stopped to a standstill while it rotates at a high speed. At that moment, an industrial camera takes a series of pictures continuously on it. These pictures are analyzed and compared by a compute system to judge whether the inspected product is qualified, meanwhile divide them automatically into the qualified and the rejects.
