The pressure head corresponds to the bottle rotated holder will be seized by detected bottles to ensure that the pressure head, bottle and bottle rotated holder form into independent inspection unit and rotate uniformly. After entering the inspection area, while the bottles rotate up to one circle, the high-speed camera will take photos for them. The inspection consist of six stations: a capping defect inspection station, a bottom defect and visible pharmaceuticals defect inspection station, four body and pharmaceuticals detect inspection stations. If any defects existing in the inspected bottles, they can be adjudged through comparison of multiple frame image.When the bottles are transported to the outfeed starwheel,they would be released by the correspondent pressure head through the cam gear devices.Then the bottles finished inspection will enter the outfeed starwheel and be separated into qualified and unqualified by bottle eliminated mechanism.
