General Introduction
Used in pharmaceutical factory production to automatically check impurities in plastic bottles infusion. Inspected items includes: glass crumbs, hair, white powder etc and liquid level. Inspect scope: 50ml-250ml infusion in plastic bottle and glass bottle.
Main Application
Mainly used for visual inspection of BFS plastic ampoule and eye drops (such as liquid level, black spots, missing, deformed, burrs, buildup, etc.), as well as foreign object detection (such as invisible particles such as cilia, black blocks, white blocks, etc.)
Work principle
The inspection BFS plastic ampoule can be divided into two parts: appearance inspection and foreign objects inspection.
Appearance inspection: Expose the product to the camera's field of view, divide it into 5 inspection areas, collect qualified product appearance feature images one by one, and compare the images to determine whether the product has appearance defects;
Foreign objects detection: Simulate the artificial light inspection process, clamp the medicine plate, and set a specific flipping angle of ± N ° (N ≤ 180 °) for different types of foreign objects at different detection stations. The camera quickly captures multiple images, constructs algorithms, and outlines the movement trajectory of foreign objects in the drug cavity to determine the foreign object sample.
