Applications:
The unit consists of QCL series vertical ultrasonic cleaning machine, SZA series far-infrared sterilization dryer and DGZ series (or XGZ16) oral liquid filling and capping machine.It carry out the processing procedures for the production of oral liquid vessels such as ultrasonic cleaning, drying, sterilizing, filling and capping (including rolling screw caps),etc. It is suitable for the production of 5-30m1 oral liquid in the factory.

The processing procedures show as follows:
Water spraying→ ultrasonic washing → external rinse→ first circulating water rinse → second circulating water rinse→ first compressed air blowing → rinse fresh water → second compressed air blowing→ third compression air blowing→ air blowing → sterilization → cooling → filling → capping → counting.
