Detecting process and principle The bottles to be inspected are placed manually or connected to the inspection mesh belt, and the bottles are spaced in an orderly manner by the bottle separating device, and then pass through the visual inspection station in turn. There is a certain angle between the front side inspection station camera and the horizontal direction to detect whether the liquid level of the medicine is qualified, and at the same time to detect defects such as burrs and black spots on the front side of the medicine board (the front side inspection station is equipped with a vertical inspection camera. table, used to assist in the detection of burr defects in the horizontal direction on both sides of the medicine plate). The rear side inspection station camera detects defects such as burrs and black spots on the reverse side of the medicine board. Defective medicine board procedures are rejected to waste bins by inspection results, and good products flow to the next process.
The main controller of the equipment is PLC. The PLC controls the operation of the equipment and alarm prompts in this system. The action part includes the action of the mesh belt, the bottle separation action, the triggering of the camera to take pictures and the rejecting action. The above actions have corresponding drivers, and the PLC controls these drivers through I/O contacts. The mesh belt is the frequency converter, and the bottle dividing and rejecting are the servo drives. These actions are triggered by photoelectric switches on the mesh belt. The bottle-separating device and the waste-rejecting device are provided with a mechanical zero point, and the servos of the bottle-separating device and the waste-rejecting device will automatically return to the mechanical zero point once every time the equipment is started, and then operate normally.
