Z-Zone Vial & Ampoule Washing Machine
This machine is used for the cleaning process of the outer wall of vials. It can complete the process of bottle conveying, rough washing, fine washing, air washing, air blowing and drying, and clean the outer wall of the bottle with oil stains. All parts that come into contact with packaging materials are made of stainless steel or non-toxic engineering plastics without pollution. The host adopts frequency converter and is equipped with a speed control knob to realize stepless speed regulation. The overall structure is simple and clear, easy to install and maintain.

       When the equipment detects different specifications, there is no need to replace the specifications, but only to determine the different head positions.
When testing different medicines, different parameters are required, and the testing parameters are saved in the form of formulas.

  • Principle for each part
 Main drive
The motor reducer transmits the power to the dial wheel and the auger through the gear and synchronous pulley transmission, so as to achieve the smooth transfer of the bottle.
Bottle transportation device
The bottle conveying device is used for bottle storage and conveying. It is powered by a speed regulating motor, and the bottle feeding speed is controlled by a knob controller. The speed can be adjusted arbitrarily to meet production needs. The packaging bottles are continuously fed into the bottle feeding auger under the thrust of the conveyor belt.
Bottle feeding device
The bottle feeding screw transports the bottle into each starwheel, the water spray part starts to spray hot water to the bottle wall, and there is a flowing water source at the bottom of the bottle for cleaning. After a period of time, the cleaned bottle is blown by the air blowing part. The drying part finally dries the bottle and enters the next process.
Water loop piping
The rough washing water tank and the fine washing water tank are independently set up respectively, and the water is automatically heated by the heating tube and the water level switch is automatically replenished. The water after the rough washing is all discharged independently. To the rough cleaning nozzle, the fine cleaning water tank is automatically heated and pumped to the fine cleaning nozzle by the water pump.
Main structure
Metal paint carbon steel frame, PC cover, can clearly observe the internal operation of the equipment, and set up an air outlet at the top to discharge hot water and steam (requires the manufacturer to be equipped with a drainage fan with a flow rate of more than 1200m3/h).
Bottle outfeed device
The bottle discharge group is composed of a bottle discharge tray and a bottle discharge fence, from which the cleaned bottles are discharged.
Process flow
Mesh belt feeding → screwing feeding → rough cleaning with star wheel (during the cleaning process, bottle is rotating at a constant speed for easy cleaning without dead ends) → fine cleaning by starwheel (during the cleaning process, the entire bottle rotates at a uniform speed for easy cleaning without dead ends) → Pre-drying with compressed air on transition dial (compressed air with 2 nozzles blowing the bottle body, 1 nozzle blowing the bottom of the bottle) → The second compressed air blowing the bottle on both sides of the water removal dial and pre-drying → The high-pressure hot air is completed after the bottle is blown.
