Main Principle
Inspecting of the impurities of powder cake: the products to be inspected will be transmitted from the infeed star-wheel to the turnplate rotating1 round or more at constant speed; meanwhile, the high speed cameras will take multi-frame pictures from different angles, and then the pictures will be transferred to the distributed industrial computer for analyzing; the computer inspection program will analyze the multi-frame pictures to judge whether the products are qualified or not; finally, the qualified and the unqualified products can be separated to different production line automatically.
Inspection of the residual oxygen content:The principle of laser spectral analysis is adopted. There is semiconductor laser inspection system whose wavelength is coordinated and matched with the absorption wavelength of oxygen in the turnplate. When the laser passes through the bottle, a laser absorber is set at the other end of the bottle to collect oxygen absorption for linear analysis, to judge whether the bottle is qualified and to separate unqualified products automatically.
