Product Description

Applications
It's mainly used for the automatic inspection of the
visible impurity (such as glass or metal scraps, fiber,
hair, and white powder or flakes) and the liquid level  
in oral liquid, lt can also be used for Impurity inspection
in vials.

Principle
Use mechanical visual principle to take an identification
inspection on the visible impurity. The product is stopped to a
stand still while it rotates at a high speed. At that moment, an
industrial camera takes a series of pictures continuously on it.
These pictures are analyzed and compared by a compute
system to judge whether the inspected product is qualified,
meanwhile divide them automatically into the qualified and
the rejects.
